Goathill Junction Public Train Rides

Public ride days are the highlight for the club. They are conducted on the third full Saturday and Sunday of each month from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm. In 2023 we gave rides to over 40,000 people and have given more than 574,000 free rides since 2002.
Because of our popularity and the place we’ve carved out for ourselves in more than 30 years of operating a miniature railroad, long lines can sometimes form on these free operation days. Rest assured that all our volunteers are working to get you on the train as soon as possible.
The club has a variety of engines and riding cars. Trains on public ride days are made up of 4 to 7 bench cars that seat 4 to 6 adults and children per car.
Rides are free; however, donations are strongly encouraged. The trains only run with your generous support.
