Main Street “Monster March” at 5 pm: Join the parade as ghouls, ghosts, and creatures of the night take over Main Street in a frightfully fun march!

HB Downtown Halloween Costume Contest at 5:30 pm: Show off your scariest, funniest, or most creative costume for a chance to win fantastic prizes!
