We are a week away from the 4th of July and we couldn’t be more excited.  We have been watching the firework stands pop up all over town and are looking forward to picking up a few of our favorites.  Until then, we are getting out our red, white and blue, and prepping for the big day.  Looking for a few ideas?  Read on, and HAPPY 4TH!

NEWPORT PENINSULA BIKE PARADE & COMMUNITY FESTIVAL

9:00am:  Bike Parade (beginning on 36th Street)

9:30am – 11:30am:  FREE Community Festival at Channel Place Park (4400 Channel Place, Newport Beach)

MARINER’S PARK INDEPENDENCE DAY PARADE & CELEBRATION

Mariner’s Park:  1300 Irvine Avenue, Newport Beach

10:30am:  Parade

11:00am – 1:30pm:  FREE Celebration

INDEPENDENCE DAY ON THE BACK BAY

Newport Dunes:  1131 Back Bay Drive, Newport Beach

8:00am:  Gates Open

2:00pm:  Live Music featuring Wild Child

9:00pm:  Pyrotechnic Fireworks (Sponsored by the City of Newport Beach)

**On-site 4th of July All-Day Beach Parking:  $50.  Street parking:  FREE.
