If there is one thing Cinco de Derby calls for it is bright and festive flowers! We love the inclusion of succulents via hostess with the mostess and an adorable rose wreath via design improvised. Add even more color with a table runner and some papel picado banners. Need some knockout custom arrangements? Try Bliss Fine Florals in Newport Beach.
