The kids have their costumes, so now let’s get mama a drink.  We reached out to local mixologist, Inga, of @cocktailsbyings for a fun new festive treat for the adults this Halloween.

FRANKENPUNCH

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Papas Pilar Blonde Rum
1 oz midori
1 oz pineapple juice
Top with ginger beer
Garnish: lychee eyeballs & mint sprig

Directions:

Add Papas Pilar Blonde Rum (use code INGA for 10% off your order), midori and pineapple juice to a mixing tin. Add a scoop of ice and shake well. Strain into a collins/stemless flute glass. Add fresh ice to glass and top with ginger beer.

For the Garnish: place 1 blueberry inside a lychee. Repeat again (to make 2 eyes) and run a skewer into both blueberry stuffed lychees. Place on top of glass. Add a couple of mint sprigs behind the skewered lychees (for the “hair”).
