Hay There . . . Are You Coming to the Scarecrow Festival? | Newport Mesa Moms

The third weekend of the month is always a fun one at Goat Hill Junction in Fairview Park when Orange County Model Engineers give FREE rides on their trains from 10:00 am until 3:30 pm (both Saturday & Sunday).  And this October 19th and 20th will prove even more exciting with their Annual Pumpkin and Scarecrow Festival.

Hop on the train (children must be able to walk and be at least 31″ tall) and check out all the scarecrows on display throughout the park, created and designed by city residents and businesses.  We have been brainstorming over here at Newport Mesa Moms and we are about ready to start building our entry.  Let’s hope our “ideas” can transfer off paper!
