Once again the Newport Beach Public Library, and the Friends of the Library, bring you fun family entertainment for FREE. This Wednesday January 24th, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, come watch Noteworthy Puppets present a musical puppet show of Jack and the Beanstalk. Kids of all ages will love the handmade puppets and original songs.
Beyond the entertainment factor, puppets are “simple and effective tools for delivering information.” According to an article in Teach Magazine, “when puppets are incorporated with play-based learning, children retain knowledge more effectively.” So watch the show, enjoy the art, and bring the love for puppet play home!
This performance will take place only at the Balboa Branch Library, located at 100 E. Balboa Boulevard, Balboa 92661. Please arrive early as space is limited.
