Line Up the Babysitter Now . . . The Newport Beach Film Fest is Around the Corner | Newport Mesa Moms

Looking for a little something different?  This won’t be your typical dinner and a movie date night!  The 2018 Newport Beach Film Festival is being held all over town April 26th thru May 3rd.

Depending on what you want to spend, there are ticket options ranging from $5 for Retrospectives and the Collegiate film series to $750 for a complete All-Access Pass for the whole festival.  Saturday Night Spotlights (April 28th) cost $25.  Check HERE for a full schedule of events (including the PARTIES!).

With 350 film options in categories ranging from Documentaries and Shorts, to Culinary Films and Environmental Films, to Collegiate and Youth Showcases, there is surely something to pique your interest (and make for a fun date night).

For an interview with The Orange County Register last year, the festival’s executive director Gregg Schwenk said that “While it’s an elegant and luxurious event, it is also extremely accessible.  … Although we bring out entertainment professionals to Orange County from all around the world, the event itself is for our community.”  (The Orange County Register, April 12, 2017, Article by Jackie Moe)

How cool is that?
