The Scarecrow Festival (a Costa Mesa tradition dating back to the 1930’s) may be a well known and popular event every October, but did you know that this year, the City of Costa Mesa is also hosting a Scarecrow Soirée at the Lions Park Event Lawn on Friday, September 27th from 5pm to 7pm.
This event is completely FREE, and will give you and the kiddos a chance to make miniature scarecrows that you can then enter into the City’s Scarecrow Festival. Light refreshments and games will also make for a true soirée. All ages are welcome.
Lions Park Event Lawn is located in front of the Donald Dungan Library at 1855 Park Avenue in Costa Mesa.
