This weekend, when you get on the 55 South, or travel down Pacific Coast Highway towards Costa Mesa, you might just hear the call of the bagpipes. Scottish Fest, a festival dating back to 1932 (then known at the Highland Games) will be bringing Scottish heritage to Southern California at the OC Fair & Event Center.
Along with dance competitions and performances, there will be a variety of piping and drumming demonstrations and shows. Click HERE for the Performance Schedule. Want more? And of course no Festival is complete without food (and drink). Traditional foods such as meat pies, fish and chips, bangers and corned beef will be for sale, and whisky tastings will take place in the Whiskey Tavern (details HERE).

COST | General admission is $18. Seniors (62+) are $16. Children ages 4-11 are $3. Children 3 and under, as well as military and first responders, are Free. Parking is $8.
