The Newport Beach Public Library is always hosting fun events for kids, from crafts and storytime to special performances. This Saturday, March 16th, The Festival Ballet Theatre will be performing an abridged, narrated version of Sleeping Beauty which “brings to life fabled storybook favorites Princess Aurora, Puss ‘n Boots, Little Red Riding Hood and the Big Bad Wolf…characters that remind us that good always triumphs over evil” at the Central Library Branch.
There will be two performances, one at 10:00 am and one at 11:30 am. While the event is FREE, seating is limited so tickets for both shows will be distributed at 9:00am, and based on a first-come, first-served basis. Ticket holders will then be required to return 15 minutes prior to the show to be seated.
This program was made possible by the Newport Beach City Arts Commission.
