Sometimes when you don’t have snow or chilly weather, you just have to pretend. Stop by the Central Library Children’s Room (1000 Avocado Ave., Newport Beach) on January 11, 2018 from 4:oopm to 5:30pm and enjoy winter themed crafts, decorate cookies, and sip hot chocolate with marshmallows! No age restriction. 😉
