Have your kids outgrown a few of their toys? Do you have some that are just gathering dust? Come check out the Environmental Nature Center’s Toy Swap, a part of their Living Greener Series. On March 3, 2018 from 10:00am – 12:30pm, bring your gently used children’s toys to the ENC, and bring home a different toy in its place.
In addition to saving you money on new toys, swapping items reduces waste in the landfill, eliminates packaging, and conserves energy. Pretty cool!
Here is how it works:
- Bring 1-30 toys.
- For each toy you bring, you will get a ticket. Tickets will be randomly drawn for the order of selecting someone else’s toy.
- Any left-over items will go back to the original owner.
If you are a member of the ENC, the event is free. For non-members, entry costs $5.
