With Santa starting to make appearances at shopping malls and events around town, you can be sure the kids are starting to put together their wish lists. I ran across an idea on Pinterest a few years ago that has stuck with me. Now that my kids are a little older and starting to catch onto the “list” thing, I wanted to try it. The idea is to simplify their Christmas (or Birthday list) into four categories: Something I Want, Something I Need, Something To Wear, and Something To Read. I’m hoping it will get them to think a little more, expect a little less, and still enjoy the whole experience.
