Scarecrow Festival at Goat Hill Junction Railroad | Newport Mesa Moms

Goathill Junction Railroad is giving you another reason to come out for their public ride weekend this October 20th and 21st . . . it’s time for the Scarecrow Festival!  Along with their regular FREE rides for the public, join the community for a family friendly celebration of the season with a Scarecrow contest, face painting, arts and crafts, a pumpkin giveaway, air powered model rockets, and a visit from Costa Mesa’s Mobile Recreation team.  The Parks and Community Service Department has also put together a Fairview Park Restoration Exhibit (check out our Calendar for Fairview Park’s Educational Workdays).

The event runs from 10 am to 3:30 pm both days so be sure to join the fun!
